We are a friendly NHS Practice caring for over 5000 patients in Feltwell and the surrounding area. We offer the very best care and personal service you would expect from a family practitioner, along with a wide range of modern services.

It is our vision to provide a patient centred service with the emphasis on the "total patient experience". As a Practice we continually question the way in which we provide services to ensure that we do not miss the opportunity to improve.

All patients are allocated a named GP and can contact the Practice if they require clarification on who their named GP is. 

We are housed in a modern, purpose-built surgery, which combines a relaxed and welcoming waiting area with all the latest facilities for patient care. Wheelchair access is available throughout the building.

Improved GP Access Appointments
You may have heard in the news the GP surgeries across the country are launching a new service to offer additional appointments to patients across the evenings and weekends.

Feltwell Surgery is excited to announce that we are now one of the 21 local GP surgeries who are working together to offer additional appointments to our patients.

The additional appointments will be offered in the evenings up until 8pm and on weekends between the hours of 8am and 1 pm. They will be offered at one of eight hubs across West Norfolk. For more information see the Appointments page for more details.
